The Customer Challenge

Industrial sites and large campuses carry a specific risk profile: hazardous processes, contractor labour, vehicle movement, and large perimeter boundaries — all covered by cameras that produce recordings nobody reviews until after an incident. Centre Layer

AI compute server (96 / 128 / 352 channels) centralises analytics for large plants, multi-site groups and industrial parks, with optional large-model re-checking to suppress false alarms.

Platform Layer

Frequently Asked Questions

Can this be deployed on our existing cameras?
Yes. The industrial safety AI layer reads streams from existing cameras over ONVIF, RTSP, GB28181 or RTMP. No camera replacement and no re-cabling. If some zones are uncovered, additional ADHOOPU AI cameras can be added only where needed.
How many safety algorithms can run on a single camera?
More than 10 algorithms can run concurrently per channel. A single industrial camera can simultaneously check helmet compliance, vest compliance, workwear, fire, smoke, intrusion and sleeping on duty — which is what makes compliance monitoring practical without dozens of dedicated detectors.
How accurate is PPE detection and fire detection?
Industrial safety algorithms are tuned for hazardous-chemical and production environments, with category accuracy above 95%. General alarm categories operate at ≥90% with false capture rate <1%. Large-model re-checking is available to further suppress false positives in difficult lighting and weather conditions.
Does it work at night and in poor weather?
Yes, within the limits of the camera's own imaging. Thermal, IR-illuminated and low-light cameras all feed the analytics layer as normal streams, and confidence thresholds can be tuned per camera and per algorithm for difficult scenes.
Can alarms be sent to our existing safety or VMS platform?
Yes. Alarm events, images and structured metadata are delivered over HTTP, MQTT, WebSocket or REST API, so they can drive existing VMS, access control or building systems rather than sitting in a separate console.
How many cameras can one site support?
One QG-615AI16 edge box handles up to 16 channels. For larger sites, multiple boxes can be deployed across the plant, or streams can be centralised to an AI compute server handling 96, 128 or 352 channels.
