Can the AI run on the cameras we already have in the plant?
Yes. The analytics layer pulls streams from the existing plant cameras over ONVIF, RTSP, GB28181 or RTMP. Recording continues unchanged; the difference is that the streams now generate events instead of only files.
PPE, machine zone and fire detection - can they run on the same camera?
Yes. More than 10 algorithms can run concurrently on one channel, so a single camera over a press can enforce helmet and vest rules, watch the machine exclusion zone, detect a fall and report smoke at the same time.
Is the analysis on-premise or in the cloud?
It is on-premise AI video analytics. The edge box or AI compute server sits inside the plant network and no video leaves the site. Remote plants or warehouses can cascade into a central server over GB28181 while keeping their own local alarms.
How does this help with safety audits and insurance?
Every alarm is stored with a snapshot, camera, zone and timestamp, and the platform produces trend reporting per zone and shift. That is a structured record that supervision controls existed and were operating, which is what audits and insurance reviews ask for.
