A corporate headquarters in the GCC region deployed ADHOOPU AV systems across its boardroom, executive meeting rooms and training rooms, creating a unified presentation and video-conferencing environment for daily operations and regional meetings.

Challenge

Each room previously used separate devices for switching, conferencing, recording and control. Users faced different operating steps in every room, and the IT team spent significant time on troubleshooting and firmware management across brands.

Solution

The ADHOOPU integrated host combines matrix switching, DSP audio processing, recording, streaming and central control in one chassis. Meeting rooms share a uniform signal plan: laptops and wireless presentation at the table, 4K displays at the front, and one-touch presets for local meetings or video conferences with regional offices.

Result

Staff operate every room the same way, IT manages one firmware line instead of several systems, and meetings start on time with recording and conferencing available at a single touch.
