If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) for final arbitration in accordance with its rules.

By downloading datasheets, firmware, or other technical materials from this site, you represent that you are not a denied party under any applicable sanctions regime and that you will comply with all relevant export-control obligations.
