The encoder half of the QG-FBST52K / QG-FBSR52K distributed AV pair. Compact 1G PoE+ chassis, Dante audio, SRT / RTMP / NDI streaming. Add nodes as the deployment grows — start with two, scale to two thousand.
WhatsApp Jimmy Email SalesH.264 / H.265 hardware encode at up to 4K60 4:2:0; 1080p60. Sub-frame latency over 1GbE — visually indistinguishable from direct cable for most use cases.
One Cat6 cable carries video, audio, control and power. No separate PSU needed — clean ceiling and rack installs.
NDI|HX2, SRT, RTMP, RTSP, WebRTC — broadcast to YouTube Live, Facebook Live, OBS, vMix, Wirecast simultaneously.
32-channel Dante endpoint built in. Pair with QG-FBSR52K decoders for a full Dante + video network on one switch.
Same functional scope as Extron / Crestron AV-over-IP encoders — at approximately a fraction of the procurement cost.
Every QG-FBST52K ships with a 3-year manufacturer warranty and lifetime firmware updates.

One encoder per source room, decoders at every display — any source on any screen without re-cabling.
Multiple camera encoders feeding sanctuary displays, overflow rooms and live-streaming platforms simultaneously.
Campus-wide AV distribution over the existing 1GbE network. No new fibre runs.
Multi-camera capture feeding NDI switchers and recording servers; Dante audio embedded end-to-end.
The video below shows a real configuration: QG-FBST52K encoder feeding QG-FBSR52K decoder over standard 1GbE network. Watch the IMC (Integrated Media Control) functions — signal switching, KVM, video wall tiling and recording — running in real time.
Theoretically unlimited — the controller handles thousands of nodes. In practice we have deployments of 500+ encoders / decoders on a single managed 1GbE network.
A managed 1GbE switch with IGMP snooping and QoS is sufficient for most deployments. 1GbE uplinks recommended for >50 concurrent streams.
Yes — RTMP push to any RTMP endpoint (YouTube Live, Facebook Live, Twitch, custom CDN). Simultaneous local decode via QG-FBSR52K nodes.
Yes — lifetime firmware updates are included. Download the latest from the Resources Center.
