ADHOOPU’s policy is to never publish partner names, logos, project locations or contact details without explicit written authorisation. Every active distributor, system integrator and OEM/ODM partner operates under a confidentiality agreement that protects both their identity and ours.
Many of our partners operate in competitive regional markets. Publishing a logo wall, named customer case study or public reference list — even with permission informally discussed — can compromise their existing sales channels, embarrass their end customers, or violate their own customer NDAs. We treat partner confidentiality as seriously as our own.
The only way to verify our track record is to request a reference call under NDA. Our engineering team will arrange direct introductions to existing partners in your target region after an introductory call — in person, on video, or via a documented reference letter. This is industry standard for serious B2B AV sales.
We do not use logos without written authorisation. We do not publish inactive or trial-stage partners. We do not name reference customers in case studies without their explicit, written, project-specific consent. We do not infer partnership from a single transaction.
