Why we are exhibiting
India is one of our priority markets. System integrators across the country are evaluating AV-over-IP platforms for hospital teaching facilities, court recording rooms, university lecture capture, command and broadcast deployments. We attend InfoComm India to meet those integrators face-to-face, demonstrate hardware live, and answer engineering questions that email cannot answer quickly enough.
For us, InfoComm India is a working exhibition — not a marketing stand. The hardware on the booth is the same hardware shipping to integrators this quarter. No roadmaps, no mockups. You can pick up the unit, open the Web GUI, and walk through a real configuration with our engineering team.
What we will demonstrate
Flagship QG-1169 integrated AV host
The 1U chassis that runs encoding, decoding, recording, transcoding and control on a single Linux platform. We will demonstrate a four-input / four-output 4K switching configuration with simultaneous recording to internal storage — a setup that would require multiple separate devices from the major brands. The point is not to argue architecture, but to let integrators see the same functional scope executed on one platform with one management interface.
QG-FBST52K / QG-FBSR52K distributed pair
The 4K AV-over-IP encoder / decoder pair running over standard 1GbE network. We will demonstrate signal switching, KVM extension, video wall tiling and recording across multiple nodes — the IMC (Integrated Media Control) feature set. Same demo as the video published on our Videos page, executed live on the booth.
Portable demonstration box
A ruggedised carry-case version of the QG-1169 designed for road demonstrations and integrator training. We started shipping these to regional distributors six months ago and the response has been strong — integrators who cannot visit our Shenzhen HQ now get a complete evaluation setup delivered to their office.

Schedule and logistics
The exhibition runs 16-18 September at the Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai. Booth number and registration details will be published on this page and on our social channels one week before the event. Visitors are welcome to walk in; integrators who would like a guaranteed engineering slot should request a meeting via the website or message us on WhatsApp.
After the exhibition
We will follow up with every integrator who visited our booth within one week. For those interested in a deeper reference conversation, we arrange private video calls under NDA with existing partners in their target region. Reference calls are the standard ADHOOPU evaluation method — we do not publish partner names, logos or project locations publicly, but we do connect serious evaluators with serious references.
All ADHOOPU hardware referenced in this announcement is available for evaluation at factory cost. We do not provide free samples or trial units. Evaluation units ship from our Shenzhen warehouse within five working days of purchase order confirmation.
